King's Springs Farm Bed & Breakfast
Ranked #3 of 3 Ebensburg B&B and Inns
Reviewed April 30, 2012

We stayed at King's Springs Farm Bed and Breakfast this past weekend. Kathy and Ray, the Innkeepers immediately made us feel at home. The house, tastefully furnished with beautiful oak antiques, is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms are large and restful.. It would be difficult to say which was the prettiest. We stayed in the French country room, with a view of the cows grazing in the pastures below. The delicious breakfast was served at a lovely table by the window in the dining room. Ray is quite a chef and Kathy a baker. I wish we had more time to explore the grounds. We are looking forward to another stay the next time we are in the area.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Kings Spring Farm and were in awe of the natural beauty we found. First the owners, Kathy and Ray are about two of the nicest people you'll ever meet! They treated us with kindness, grace and were very knowledgeable of the history of the 100 acre farm that surrounds this spectacular B&B. The breakfast was out of this world, cooked to perfection making the setting so comfortable. The rooms were adorable, very clean and what was nice was that there wasn't a tv in the room so we were able to just enjoy our stay even more so. There is a tv room on the third floor that was so cozy and warm making it the perfect place to watch tv if you wanted to. This is by far the most spectacular B&B we have stayed at in our travels from Nantucket to Williamsburg....and you won't find one better. These folks are the real deal and made us feel "at home" during our stay. We will return here and more than just once a year ! Just fabulous and we rate it A+++

Room Tip: 3 rooms at this b&b...all beautiful.

Gracious hosts, marvelous breakfasts, and beautiful surroundings make this B&B one of the best we have stayed at. We enjoy B&Bs at least 4 times per year and this is definately on our very short list to revisit. You can just sit on the magnificent porches, stroll through the fields, visit the springs or make your own adventures (the B&B is situated on over 100 acres). The hosts Ray and Kathy are very knowledgeable about area attractions, restaurants, and activities and more than willing to share their recommendations. The rooms are well furnished with gas fireplaces throughout. The wildlife is amazing (our hosts advised us to be ready to see a number of bucks at about 8:30 - they actually showed up in the orchard at 8:34 - amazing). All in all it was a truly memorable experience.
