I visited Gubbios with family & friends and we were all very pleased with our meals. A few of us had 'Veal Genovese' (veal, eggplant, provolone cheese, covered with marinara sauce) and a side of pasta (penne with a cheese sause). Everyone said it was excellent as did those who had a different entrees (including pretzel coated chicken, pasta & meatballs). The seasoning was perfect. The pasta was cooked to a perfect aldente. Our waiter (Rico) seemed to be very personable & knowledgable. When ordering we had some questions about the entrees and without hesitation he was able to provide us with details about the ingredients & exactly how they were prepared. Every employee that we came in contact with (person cleaning our table, person that brought coffee, etc) asked how we enjoyed our meal. All in all it was a most enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.
