Do not expect traditional round pizza pies. These are rectangular sheets of artisan pies. Be adventurous and try the wide variety of creative topping combinations that are offered. I dislike Jules's plain pie as there is nothing redeeming about it, if you want plain go to a pizza parlor. Agree that the dining room is a bit chaotic, but I've tried take out and it just isn't the same once you get it home. I also find dining with people (aka my teen) who like Jules Thin Crust makes it more enjoyable v.s. dining with traditionalist (aka my husband) who demand round plain pizza pies and complain. They kind of ruin the experience.
