We were pleased with this new and unique addition to the plethora of good eating places in Doylestown and will return for dinner tomorrow evening with a larger party, Service was friendly and knowledgable.

We were so pleased to have a restaurant with heart in our neighborhood. The lighting was low, the staff was well informed and intelligent, the food was fresh and well prepared. Great ideas for appetizers as well as specials. Ceviche was bright and fresh. Sauces for the skirt steak were complex and perfect. For being open for 3 weeks these guys have got it going on. The music playing can be edited, I realize that it may be very authentic but at times the blare of the brass was invasive.

We were anxious to try this new BYOB restaurant since Peruvian food is a first for Doylestown and we do like it. We went on Saturday night and really enjoyed it. They were extremely busy and it did show. Our appetizer, mixed ceviche, came out pretty quickly and was very good. Our main courses took way too long though - almost a half hour. They did bring out chips and salsas (with plenty of kick!) though.

For the entree I had the sea bass. The flavors were wonderful and my portion was plentiful - I had 1/2 of it for lunch the next day. My husband had the quinoa with mixed seafood, and while it was really good - he was disappointed that it said it came with calamari, squid and octopus and there was little or no octopus in it. We did tell the server, but all she did was apologize. We split the flan for dessert and it also was really delicious.

The staff was friendly although they seemed harried with so many diners in the restaurant. That's a good problem to have, though, so I'm sure they'll figure out their rhythm. I say, go - try it - but don't expect that your food will come out quickly. For those who like Mexican, there are also Mexican dishes to order but the focus here in on Peruvian cuisine. Also, it was a bit pricey. It's worth a visit to try it - we'll go back again because bottom line - the food was really good!

The decision to try this new addition to the Doylestown restaurant scene was a good one. We went for lunch on New Year's Eve afternoon and were delighted. The menu is very authentic and the attention by the owners was most welcome. They were happy to explain and carefully describe various options on the menu. I ordered the quinoa vegetable soup and it was outstanding, hot and delicious. My husband had a pork entree and enjoyed it very much. We look forward to sampling the interesting menu options again in the near future. this is a BYO restaurant.

Everything in town was booked so we decided to try the BYOB of Quinoa. Had mediocre expectations but once we met the staff and had some appetizers we were very impressed! Everyone was very satisfied with their meals and we will absolutely go back! The salsa is delicious and packs a little bit of heat! Will be back soon.
