The facilities were very nice looking, but the service and food did not live up to the expectations. For the service we had to repeatedly request items to be set at the table and in some instances the items never appeared. Had to get notice over to the server just to get additional water, chop sticks, or drinks. The hibachi area was nice, but when the cook arrived the banging of the utensils was intense, which destroyed any type of communications with other members in the group. The food was excessively coated with oils and salt. The fish, which was square in shape was moist but tasteless. The other members of the party stated their food was fine, but there were plenty leftovers. The soup and salad was good. Bottom line the price of the food with the service did not match, you would expect a higher quality.
