“Valentine's day dinner”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

We went for Valentine's day and had a nice experience. The restaurant is ok overall, nice ambient. They had a fixed menu for this occasion so not a lot to choose from. Some dishes in the menu were really delicious and some we didn't even touch. The creme brulee was awesome and the wine was good! They gave all women a rose and a glass of champagne when seated which was nice :) Overall it's not really worth the $, prices could be a bit lower or the food a lot better for the value.

“Old Mill”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

Built inside an old paper mill, this is a visual delight to a gearhead like me. The drive pulleys and driveshaft are left in place overhead in the exposed timber rafters. The heavy stone masonry walls are exposed as well. The food was good too. I enjoyed Mahi Mahi over a mango chutney and veggies. Very good.

“Worst Steak ever”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

Wow....just got back from my birthday dinner...the only thing good about this place was the wine (which they didn't make). It started with the bread....no butter....they were out...bus boy said they had no money. Bread was horrible. The wedge salad dressing was less than desirable. The steak was one of the worst I ever had. Broccoli was wilted and mushy and potatoes were terrible. Pietro's in West Chester or Sullivans are so much better for this price point. I asked if this was a new chef and they said no. Even when the manager was told (I was not looking for my money back), he neither came over or acknowledged our dissatisfaction. I will never go back...what a horrible waste of $100.

“We had our wedding at Firecreek and it was perfect- site was beautiful, planning was simple and staff was very thoughtful and at”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

My husband and I were married at Firecreek and we couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out! Alicia, the event planner, was so helpful and easy to work with in working out the details, our families kept commenting on the great views from the patio and the food, and we were really appreciate of the attention that the staff gave us and our party. We had wanted a fun, relaxed ceremony and party on the patio and it all came together!
