Description: Out of the Fire Cafe is a family owned and operated casual restaurant serving New American cuisine year round. We have been creating flavors amidst laughter and friends since the year 2007. The Cafe is tucked into the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania, conveniently located near area ski resorts, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, numerous state parks, and the rushing Pennsylvania Turnpike. Out of the Fire Cafe welcomes guests with an open kitchen where guests are able to peer into a mesmerizing scene of flashing flames and artistic finesse. The spacious dining area is complimented by an incredible view of the Laurel Highlands ridgeline. Deck dining is offered when the weather permits giving diners the opportunity to take in the rolling countryside. We are a Bring Your Own Beer or Wine establishment so don't forget to snag your beverage of choice. For a reservation please call the phone number listed below.

This place was recommended to us by the Duty Manager at our hotel (the Holiday Inn) and she was absolutely right. Great food and great service. We brought our own wine (there's a decent shop at the bottom of the hill where you can get something). The restaurant has only just started opening on a Tuesday and you can see why - it was so busy and it's clearly a very popular place with the locals. Easily the best restaurant in the area.

We selected this restaurant based on the Trip Advisor reviews and we were really disappointed. Waiter raved about how great the steak was and it was not tender and the side dishes were terrible. Price was very high for the quality of food. Plus you must remember to bring your own wine since they do not have a liquor license.

The food was delicious and the menu had quite a variety of selections. We live near DC and even we found the prices of the entrees to be very high but the appetizers were great and priced nicely. The deck area was perfect for a lovely, cool afternoon - the dining room looked quite nice too. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable - did not expect that level of professionalism. It was a lovely, delicious evening.

After visiting Fallingwater in Mill Run, we were on the lookout for a place to eat on our way north. Restaurants are scarce in that area, believe me. So imagine what a nice surprise it was to find Out of the Fire right along the road! Aside from a bit of "where'd the waitress disappear to," it was a very nice experience: nice setting whether indoors or out, an interesting menu and good food.

This is a great find!! While on a trip to Seven Springs for a work conference, some co-workers and I found this great restaurant. The food was exceptional and so was the service. I was able to taste many items on the menu and all were delicious. The desserts are made in house and certainly do not disappoint. I would drive from my home in Pittsburgh just to eat at Out of the Fire. Make sure you try the Grits, they are so wonderful. The homemade ice cream is such a treat. I can't wait to return. You do have to bring you own wine as they do not have a liquor license.
