You get good food here , please don't expect anything sophisticated. I loved the homemade fries.
When we went the timings where 8 to 3.

This restaurant moved from its original location to a bigger place which is nice and they have a little gift shop side business. Unfortunately the food was so so. One person ordered a side plate of hash with their eggs and it was terrible but he didn't want to upset anyone and send it back. I ordered gravy for my fries and it was the worst gravy ever tasted some kind of a whipped up bad idea and nothing near gravy so I sent that back. It was really a let down and we had a relative for the holidays stay over and since they are close we went there but it was not at all a wise choice or a value for the money spent for three of us for lunch it was 39 dollars!!! And all we are talking about is basic foods sandwiches etc. They serve chips with sandwiches and not fries so they get you right there a Rueben cost close to 9.00 because the fries were separate that is basically unheard of elsewhere. Their hours are the worst tues-sat 9-2 that is not impressive and next time we will drive right by and go to the Italian place down the street and give them our business but this time they were closed for the holiday lesson learned. This is an average to below average eating establishment better driven by.

Found on TA app for Android while looking for a breakfast to start off a day of visiting Pocono waterfalls. This is one of those places that you just know you chose well as soon as you walk in the door and see all the locals happily chowing down. Good food, strong coffee, family-style service, decent prices... well worth a visit.

This is a local restaurant that is the place to go to have the best breakfasts and lunches in town. Along with the regular menu, they offer a variety of delicious specials every day. Make sure you are hungry because the portions are very generous! Lori, the owner, is also the chef extraudinere! Food can't be beat!

We were traveling from Columbus, Ohio to Portland, Maine following a massive snow storm; after staying at The Bushkill Inn, we wanted some local, down home cooking for breakfast before finishing our long trip home. We chose The Forklift Cafe and hit a home run! The intimate dining room is filled with happy decor that is casual and creative. There is a small gift shop within the space and many unusual items are available for sale. The menu was very generous and had something for everyone. I ordered a Greek omelette that was delicious.
My husband and I both enjoyed the steaming hot coffee and all of the unique individual dishes used to serve us. The owner and chef, Lorilynne, (hope that is correct spelling), stopped by our table and we enjoyed hearing a bit about her life journey as the owner of a small business. I heartily recommend that you stop by The Forklift Cafe in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.
