“Fabulous atmosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 25, 2013

Never judge a book by its cover ......the ambiance is amazing! The food is unique with FLAVOR! Experienced a GREAT evening with music by DJ Jeff "Natural", spinning sounds with a Caribbean flair. The location is convenient for those that live in Delaware and Stroudsburg ... 5 minutes off I-80........ will DEFINITELY visit again - from Brooklyn, NY. Call ahead to find out if there will be music for the evening, there is a minimal cover charge and BYOB!

“Chef Should Consider Serving only Tapas”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2013

Wanting to experience something new and different my husband and I decided to try Zen Fusion based on the current reviews. (July 2013) The owners are artists in their own right but have tried to fused so many different tastes and likes that the senses get confused and we couldn't appreciate neither the decor nor the dishes served. It is a fixed menu for $20 per person but it's definitely not worth $20. The appetizers were interesting but were served in such a collection of mismatched dishes we were distracted. The main courses were a huge disappointment. The servings were a joke actually. 3 pieces of chicken nuggets and 5 fatty pieces of pork on a bed of rice (with 3 little beans). The desserts were excessively sweet sending me into an insulin overload. The owner/chef are earnest but we think switching to an only tapas menu and desserts may give them a chance plus opening up the curtains allowing passersby to look inside may bring in more people. We were sorry to have trusted the recent reviews and should have walked out as soon as we saw the decor. Immediately you sense confusion not fusion.

“Fabulous surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 27, 2013

This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. I'm not a vegan, but I was intrigued by the Haitian cuisine. You have to try the vegan pastelon. It was all absolutely fabulous.

“Creative,Innovative,and Delicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2013 via mobile

The atmosphere, the music, and the menu are all unique as is the variety of choices offered on the menu. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of each dish is outstanding. A wonderful blend of herbs, spices, and cultures.

“Art and Cuisine in one place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat after our 5 miles hike and we liked the name of the restaurant. The owners are both artists and their paintings, photos and hand-crafted furniture are all over the place. This is a very eclectic place, with delicious dishes. Sylvestre gave us a very warm welcome and was proud to show us all the pieces in his restaurant. Talented artists and talented chefs! We will be back!
