We had a good meal at P. J.'s Tavern in Cresson. Steaks were done just right, not expensive. Our waitress figured out we were out-of-towners and gave us a very warm welcome. The tavern has a cheerful look, comfortable and colorful, and there's no smoking allowed - yay! Lots of people came and went, ate and drank, giving the tavern a nice neighborhood-type buzz. Besides us, there were regulars at the bard, a group celebrating someone's birthday, a bunch of guys just in from a log day of snowmobiling -- all in all, a good experience. We'll definitely go back when we get back to Cresson.
