Raj was nasty and rude. We recieved 3 parking pass papers to take to dinner with us as there were 3 couples total on the back of those were 3 previous customers info: name, phone number, address, credit card number and expiration. Watch your info here.

We needed a place to stay as my mothers flight was delayed. We also needed it to be reasonable. We thought that because it was Days In it would at least be clean and decent. I have never felt the need to post a review on a hotel before. Our first room was double bed. The comforter had burn marks in it. When we moved the mattress to check it, there was someone’s bandanna under the mattress and a pack of cigarettes. I then asked for a second room or a refund. They would not give me a refund instead they gave us another room this time with two queen beds. The condition wasn’t much except this time we got two comforters with burn holes in them. If I didn’t tell you, you would never know that we switched rooms.

This was a return visit for us. This hotel is very average. The rooms are not huge but are certainly adequate. The decor is dated but clean. Our ice machine didn't work. The front counter lady was pleasant when we checked in. Couple older family members sit at a table it the lobby and watch people come and go. They don't appear to smile or talk ever but they also don't bother anyone. Only problem we had was that we called to confirm that the credit card left for the deposit wasn't going to be charged because we wanted to pay cash. Despite being told this the card was charged at midnight the day of our check in before we had even left Canada! Not a huge deal, we just had planned on paying cash. We would stay again without hesitation.

Thank you very much for your review. We really appreciate to hear you will be back again. Unfortunately, machine charge each and every credit card at start of new day for that day's arrivals. We are sorry for that. If you book thru third party then this thing happen. So, next time call hotel at 412-788-4200 to reserve your room and let us know that you are going to pay cash. Once again we appreciate for your business and looking forward to see you again in near future.

Very clean rooms, nice pool. Wonderful customer service! Great family environment. Would recommend for anyone in the area with family. Only spent one night but the owner and services provided were wonderful.

I was under the impression when you stay at a hotel near an airport, the parking is complimentary. That's not the case here. Consider the $40 bucks I was charged as severance. This was unbelievable and frankly appalling.

Thank you very much for taking time to write a review about our hotel. Your review is very important to us . As your concern, the night when you stay at the hotel that night you can park free. But if you want to leave your vehicle at the property when you are traveling somewhere , that is called the extended parking and that is not free at all. Thank you very much once again.
