“Worn and dingy bed linens”

Luckily I was only at this hotel for one night. I know it's not and upscale hotel but I as not expecting my sheets to have stains and holes on them. The bed cover was worn thin and had multiple holes. The back of the bed spread was dingy and I didn't use it. One washcloth had a brown stain covering the majority of the washcloth. It belonged in the trash not put out for a guest to use. Everything smelled clean it was just old and dingy and in need of replacing. The front desk staff was pleasant. I did complain about the nasty washcloth but not the bed linens. The hotel does offer a continental breakfast and I did utilize the small fitness center. It's also reasonably priced but less doesn't always mean more. I would not return to this hotel.

Ok rooms, dirty pool floor, dirty hallway carpets and dirty breakfast area. Staff was not helpful. Would not reccomend!!!

So i was a bit nervous to stay here after reading all the reviews but we stayed here a few years ago and it was great... NOT this time! Our first room was on the first level. we opened the door and it smelt terrible and as we were looking around the room there was mold growing where the ceiling and the wall met near the window! The wall paper had water damage and was rippled and just about falling off the wall! The carpet was dirty. We immediatly asked for a new room and told the front desk personal that there was mold growing and all he said was "oh yeah, we gotta get that fix." Didn't even care. We were giving another room on the 5th floor. The room was slighty better, but the carpet was dirty as if no one had vacuumed it and sticky, I had my family keep their shoes on. There were spiders/bugs every where. I went to turn down the beds and there was a spider on the sheets. GROSS! The fridge/freezer didn't work very well. There was bugs crawling on the lobby. The hallways were dirty and needed vacuumed. I did NOT notice any "renovation" as they claim. We were too scared to even check out the pool. It was such a dissapointment to drive all the way there for a family reunion from minnesota. I will NOT stay here again. The park and fly is what must keeps this hotel from going under.

• The maintenance staff was instructed to inspect the Carpet and Wall paper in the room which was assigned to you and make sure that it is in proper working order.

• Steps have been taken to have the hotel properly inspected and if necessary, fumigated.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and did the park and fly. for $98 total for 9 days, you really could not beat it. Breakfast was included, the airport shuttle service was very fast, after returing to the pittsburgh airport, they picked us up within 15 minutes from our phone call.
They area seemed nice, not scary like some in Pittsburgh area. The staff were very courteaous and the room was very clean and quite. We would recommend this hotel.

Stayed and parked my car here for my vacation to Mexico. They give you a parking pass, charge $5 a day parking and then have a shuttle every hour to the airport. Can't beat this place. Stayed the night before my week long trip and stayed again when returning. Very affordable and good location. Traffic in and out of Pittsburgh can be gruesome, so try to avoid rush hour. Hotel is about 8 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. I have found my new stay and fly location.

Room Tip: Great for sleep and fly.

We stayed on the 4th floor went down to check out the pool the area was dirty as we were walking we noticed the hallways were dirty also. The walls in our room were dirty and so, was the bathroom, one one thing the shower had soap caked on the soap holder. Would not stay here again.

I stay at this hotel everytime i go to Pittsburgh. I absolutely love it. Rooms are always clean and nice and the service is always fantastic. The front desk clerks have always been extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is good. There's a K-Mart across the street and it isnt far from Heinz Field or downtown Pittsburgh. I love this hotel.
