Easy to see why Blackfish has been awarded 50 Best in Philly Magazine. Excellent service staff ( welcoming, informative, not super friendly). Chef's tasting menu was chosen ( note: they prefer all or none at the table order the 5 course tasting menu.) BYO is great option. The food was varied and very visually appealing. Oysters with carbonated Meyer lemon juice! Beignets were special treat. Staff seemed professional and proud of their restaurant.
