I stayed here recently and did not rent a car as other colleagues are driving. The hotel itself was fine. Basic but comfortable enough for business. It was a pain that there was no way to get to the mall, I would have walked if there was any way of crossing the road but there isn't. The only option offered was a taxi for $20 which I felt was too steep. Made for a miserable evening or 2.

Hello and thank you for your comment. I cannot apologize enough for your inconvenience. I am however slightly confused as we do offer shuttle service during regular hours. It is an obvious oversight on our part that you were not aware of this. Please know that we try to make every effort to ensure your comfort and guarantee that if you come back and see us again, we will make sure that you are aware of all of our hotel amenities and comforts that we offer.

Best for the new year to you!

We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding and found it to be perhaps the best Courtyard we have ever stayed in. In fact, it was so nice that it felt like we were in a regular Marriot Hotel. The hotel is also very conveniently located and has a mega-mall right across the street. It is also close to Phoenixville, a very quaint little town with some charming shops and restaurants. If you are in this area, this Courtyard is a great place to stay. It has a full service bar in the lobby that converts to a breakfast bar in the morning, and plenty of free parking.

We are always excited that you would take time out of your busy life to write such a nice review.
Wedding guests are treasured here as you have a few options for other accomodations in the area. The fact that we are so close to amazing shops and exciting restaurants gives us an advantage as you mentioned in your kind words. We strive to make you comfortable as well as appreciated. Come back soon.

Have a safe and happy holiday season from your Marriott Family!

We stayed at this Courtyard on a college tour of Ursinus. The location is very close to the college and close to a new shopping center. The shopping center includes a Wegmans grocery store and many shops and restaurants. The carpeting in the room appears new and the cherry wood work in the room gave the room a very warm feeling. The bistro in the lobby seemed expensive, but was very convenient, both for a snack at the end of the evening and a quick breakfast when we left.

Room Tip: We received a room on the back side on the fourth floor. As the hotel sits on the top of a hill, ou...

I stayed here for 3 nights in November for business. The best part is the very large, comfortable and clean rooms. It looks as though this hotel was recently renovated. Nice, comfortable, modern furnishings. They serve Starbucks in the lobby which makes every morning a little better. The location is nice, close to highway but far enough away you don't hear traffic noise in your room. A great shopping center across the street with a grocery store is very convenient. The only complaint I had was finding the hotel. I arrived after dark and missed my turn because the signs aren't well marked or lit. Once I found it it was easy to find again.

This hotel has a nice lobby and bistro restaurant open morning and evening. It's clean and comfortable. The really amazing difference though was the staff. Every single person we encountered in our three day stay while we were displaced from our home during Hurricane Sandy was kind, cheerful, helpful, and treated us like we were their family. All hotels should take a page from the way this hotel is run. Absolutely outstanding people...we could not have been happier.

Thank you for your response. We know how difficult it was to be displaced during "Sandy". My staff and I strive to make everyone comfortable all of the time, but during this particular storm our hearts went out to all of you who truly were the heros of this horrific event. Please know that you are always considered "family" here and welome back at any time.
All the best to you and your family.

Not too many alternatives in the area so stayed there for 5 days in October. It supposedly was renovated a year ago, and the facilities are fine. The bed was worn out and the air con / heating had one setting - heat or cool. Had to keep it on cool most of the time, or the temperature was 77 degrees. The gym was a joke with worn out machines. Coffee in the AM. Cafe - overpriced and not staffed all the time. The WiFi came in and out, signing on every day. People nice, just for the price expected more.

I am so sorry that your stay with us was unsatisfactory. We have never had a complaint about our mattresses before and I assure you I will look into this right away. As for the "over priced" coffee we did have a free alternative in the lobby if you did not want to pay for the Starbucks that we offer in the Bistro, I would have hoped that someone on our staff could have directed you to our complimentary beverages.
I ask that if you chose to say here again, please contact me directly and I will personally guarantee a more than satisfactory stay with us.
Most Sincerely,

I stayed at this hotel one night in October since I had a business meeting nearby. The lobby and public areas are all very modern and look recently remodeled. The rooms were very comfortable and didn't show any signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I was quote surprised to see Paul Mitchell bathroom amenities (very nice - pic included).

There is a mall area across the street with several restaurants and a Wegmans so in case you forget anything do you not need to go too far.
