I ate here for lunch twice one week while visiting Carnegie for business. Initially, i figured it was a bar, with bar food, but people told me it was pretty good and there are not many options nearby so I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in, as the restaurant was not bar-like at all. It was very clean, but kind of bare-bones.
I had the salad bar and soup one day - had a nice unusual mushroom soup, and the salad bar did not have lot of selections, but it was clean and fresh. The next time, I had the Italian hoagie with fries which was very good. Many people order the fish sandwich here which was HUGE - could make 3 sandwiches out of it easily - looked pretty good. Daily specials seemed very popular too.
Wait staff was competent and pleasant. Restaurant seemed to be populated with 'regulars' at lunch time.
