This is a good fast food alternative but beware to not eat here if you are sensitive to MSG or have food allergies. It's a franchise chain and I never recommend them for these reasons. The food may taste good but woe to one's digestion!

We were visiting our daughter at school and came here for dinner for the first time. Huge disappointment. There were four of us and only one of the entrees was good - lobster ravioli. My daughter's chicken marsala was horrible - the chicken was thin breaded fried patties with a tastless brown gravy - no hint of marsala wine and no mushrooms. The mgr/owner offered to make it better but it came back as dried out grilled chicken pieces with the same tasteless gravy. My eggplant parm was overcooked and soggy. My husband's chicken parm consisted of very tough chicken patties and tasteless red sauce. The service was mediocre as well. Had to ask repeatedly for water refills and grated cheese. We had the chicken marsala removed from the bill, but paid for the rest. We will never return!

Once a week we go to Bertuccis because it is a consistently pleasant. Not for foodies or food snobs, but great after a long day.

A nice family restaurant on a Saturday night. It can get a little crowded, but you can walk over to Staples next door and kill some time while you wait for a table. Brick oven baked pasta was delicious. Others in my party also liked their meals. Warm rolls are a nice touch to start. Yummy baked mozzarella appetizer - definitely not low fat, but we really enjoyed it. The sangria was a nice alternative to a beer/wine choice for a beverage. The service was excellent. We had a wonderful dining experience at reasonable prices.
