Visiting for a wedding and found this hotel through a pay before you know what hotel you get website deal. Got it almost half price and was so pleased! Clean hotel, flat screen tv, good hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

I'm not one of those people that freak out when they find someone else's hair on something, but there was one, very long black hair in the tub in my room. Other than that, the only fault was the scale in the fitness center weighed me as 20 pounds lighter than I actually am. (Again, some may not find that to be a detriment.) Not much around the hotel (the adjacent restaurant, Kings, got frightful reviews, so I stayed away). A good value at $49 via Priceline.

This hotel is a nice, clean, well run hotel. I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was clean, and in good condition. The hotel staff was friendly. Every morning as I left the hotel, the cleaning crew would tell me "good morning!", which was a pleasant surprise. I've never had a cleaning crew do that before, but it helped to make my stay more pleasant, and demonstrates the positive attitude of the crew members at that hotel. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed here on our wedding night and had the "honeymoon suite". The only problem we had is that we could not get the stopper to clog the drain so that we could use the jacuzzi. Other than that it was great! Very clean and modern. Call ahead if you are planning a wedding because they have a wedding rate (at least they did in 2009). Our stay here is the main reason that we now stay in HIE everywhere we go.

I tried to book a room when called but they were full. I went directly to Priority Club and they found me a room. It was clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and breakfast is very good with variety from yogurt-fruit-pancakes,etc depending on the day.
Would stay here again

Room Tip: book early or call Priority Club - there is ample parking and restuarants

Hotel is suppose to be all non-smoking rooms, but you could easily tell when you enter the room that previous guests had smoked. The room smell was verified by the cigarette burns in the sink. It was 92 degress outside and the air conditioner wasn't turned on which made the room smell worse. The towels were damp as if someone had already used them. I'm guessing the dampness was from the humidity in the room or a faulty air conditioner. It sounds as though "Woodnstick" and I stayed in the same room. I didn't sleep a wink either. Place was not nearly worth $140.00 per night.

My wife and I enjoyed our one-night stay at HIE on our road trip to Cincinnati, OH. Upon check-in, the hotel staff informed us of the time of the closure of Washington Pike (because of Memorial Day parade) the following day and hence did what was necessary to serve breakfast one hour earlier (so that the hotel guests could eat before checking out). That was so thoughtful and professional of the hotel staff.
