Arrived very late to nice surprise.... Large room, actual soft and comfortable queen beds, roll away already in room. Breakfast included and price was family affordable. The staff cares... Sadie was happy to see us too

Room Tip: All rooms were good. Could not hear our neighbors. Choose one on the back pool side for a great vie...

Wow, what a comfort this hotel was to us. We were so surprised when we entered our room in the older building all one floor. This room was huge with a window in the front, a window in the back and a small one in the bathroom. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. There are chairs outside each room to encourage outdoor enjoyment. The rolling hills are a beautiful sight and you are surrounded by them. The bathroom was very large with a nice tub for bathing and a heat lamp (hard to find these days). Everything in the room was updated and functioned great. Breakfast was high quality and was attended to by a doting "mother" who constantly checked things and refilled. We ate outside and enjoyed the view. We did not try the pool so no comment, but it was big. We will no doubt stay here again whenever going through breezewood!!

Room Tip: The old building is the best, 2 queen beds and plenty of room and ammenities.

This is not a modern hotel...it is more like the vintage motels of the 50's and 60's, but it is exceptionally well maintained and clean. Each room has 2 nice, new chairs (not plastic!) on the small patio in front where you can sit and look at the Allegheny Mts. The bathroom was very large and,it passed my test, because it had a shiny, clean bathtub. There was an additional sink area with mirror and outlet in the room.
I was very impressed with the courtesy and professional manner of all the staff...from the man taking our reservation by phone, the woman checking us in, to the gentlemen on duty when we checked out.
The breakfast was well presented and the area very clean, although it was the typical hotel breakfast.
This motel was a great value for the cost, only $79 w AAA, and they have a large outdoor pool which looked to be very nice.
If you are not expecting a fancy, modern, high priced hotel...you will be very pleased with these accommodations.

I cannot say I would be rushing back to Breezewood anytime soon but if I did this would be the place I would stay. Looking to bike the abandoned turnpike, this is the place to stay - You can park your car in front of your room and go a few yards down the road. Breakfast is better then expected, the rooms are very clean (although dated) and the staff is as good as you would expect in a four star place.

Very comfortable, very clean, great breakfast, friendly smiling staff always ready to help.. Easy on/off I-70/76, although semi-truck traffic is heavy and may be a concern for some. Gas and restaurants nearby. Motel sits high on a hill and chairs are provided outside each room facing a panoramic view and sunset. We WILL return next time we pass thru Pennsylvania.

Prior to my stopover in Breezewood, PA (on the way to Sandusky, Ohio), I made note to either stop at the Holiday Inn Express ($115 with breakfast) or Quality Inn Breeze Manor ($88 with breakfast). My daughter and I are used to Marriott hotels (Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn) and the like--we do not normally stay in "motor inns" right off the highway. We arrived at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and decided, for the price, to give it a try. And we were pleasantly surprised. TripAdvisor had great reviews, so why not? I asked for a room off the road and was given a 2 queen bed room (#120) around the back. Parking was right at the door. The staff (both at night and in the morning) were very friendly and informative (I asked about the family history of the Inn, discussed Gravity Hill and Flight 93 Memorial--both on our way to Ohio). Before settling in, we went to Sheetz for some snacks.
The room was spacious, warm upon entering but cooled right up with the A/C, clean, the beds were comfortable, and yes, it was outdated, but for one night it was just what we needed. The water in both the sink and shower is super hot (watch out for this), the linens are not overly sized in the bathroom but crisp white and fresh. Don't make the reason to stay for the breakfast being included though. It is "okay" in my opinion. I am not a big carb eater and prefer whole wheat options etc, but this is a continental breakfast on the side of the road. You can make your own waffles, there is coffee, tea and hot chocolate, orange and apple juice along with water. Sausage gravy and biscuits (we don't touch the stuff), hard boiled eggs (hoped for scrambled or some other sort), pastries, bagels, english muffins, cereal, gogurt (not yogurt), and fruit were offered. There are a few tables in the reception area (it is very small area) and a few outside. There was enough to fill up on or eat quickly and find lunch along the way. I would stay here again because of the location, cost, cleanliness and friendliness. And I am glad I didn't shy away from the "motor inn" vintage look of this Quality Inn.
