It was a beautiful day and our son loved climbing on all the tanks.

We thought this would be historic and interesting but it was very boring. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time going here.

We come here often to walk and bike with our two children and dog. The memorials are beautiful and you can log some mileage on the paths! A great place to picnis, too. A stream runs through the grounds, too. We like to go here to pay tribute to all of those brave men and women who have served our country throughout the ages.... The musuem is chock full of interesting exhibits, as well. We are lucky to have this special place in our hometown.

Focus in on the Great War to end all wars! The updated exhibits are well done with an especially nice display regarding trench warfare. The grounds were the site of the encampment and training grounds for the Pa. troops. A great place to picnic along the stream that meanders through the property. Across the street is the monument to the local ladies who reputedly started Memorial Day by placing flowers on the graves of Union soldiers. Quaint little village with much of the historic charm preserved.
