This restaurant (*food club) really is a gem in small-town Bloomsburg. There really arent too many ethnic options around the area - not even an Indian restaurant. There is a $1 fee to eat here the first time but its well worth it. The dollar gets you a card and lifetime "membership." The story behind this is some state law and regulation which the establishment decided to bypass.

Its a homely atmosphere with the best thai food ever. The Pad Kee Mao which translates to s*@# drunk stir fry is what most people know as "drunked noodles." The place is B.Y.O.B. so feel free to bring a beer or bottle of wine.

Do reserve ahead as they are often busy during their limited hours....

My family and I came here while travelling to Ricketts Glenn State Park. We decided to stay and eat in Bloomsburg, because everyone said that the lodging and dining was so much better. After doing some research, we decided to come here because of our love for Asian food. Don't be intimidated by the membership! When you first arrive, you have to pay a $1 fee, and then after that, all you have to do is show your membership card. My family ordered a lot of food because we thought that the food was going to be exceptional. We were not disappointed! Everyone agreed that it was the best Tom Yum soup, best Pad Thai, and best cucember salads that we'd ever had! Nothing was greasy like it is in other Asian restaurants, and the Spring Roll and Summer Roll were twice the size of anything else I'd had like it...for the same price! We will definitely come back here in the future to taste the amazing food!

All I have to say is SPRING ROLLS! Okay, that is a lie...go and get the Spring rolls, made fresh and delicious...get the shrimp.....have a party in your mouth.

The food is um um good. The place is small so don't allow your claustrophobic friends to attend. Do take out! or find them at the Bloomsburg State Fair. Had their food last year there. Well worth the yummy wait.

We got take out from Bloom'n Thai tonight. It has been a while. I won't wait that long again. The food was wonderful! Family of 5 for $70 which is beyond reasonable. I travel quite often and have had Thai in many cities that does not match this.

We had a mix of dishes and appetizers. We also had several vegetarian dishes. They were all on time, hot and delicious. I had the seafood curry dinner which was spiced just right and had many shrimp, mussels and scallops. There was also Thai pumpkin in this which added much. My wife had a asparagus, tofu dish with peanut sauce which was great. The clear noodle chicken soup was meaty and well spiced. We also had dumplings and chicken satay that was great for the kids. Finally, the tofu pad Thai was another dish, with sauce on the side that was good for kids and adults.

Overall a wonderful experience!!

An aside, another reviewer asked about the membership. They only have one bathroom (coed). Town codes say a restaurant must have two. They are not a restaurant, they are a private club. This gained much press several years ago.
