I have stayed at Bed and Breakfast's all over the country and this is one of the nicest. The accommodations were outstanding! Decor was extremely tasteful and everything was immaculate! Innkeepers were delightful and breakfast was delicious. The rooms are not only spacious but very comfortable with every possible amenity offered. If I am ever in the area again, I most definitely will stay here!

My mom, aunt, and I were all very impressed with this Bed and Breakfast. We have always seen it as we walked through the town and decided to stay there this weekend. Nancy and Ray were very welcoming when we got there and made us feel as if we were at home. The gardens were beautifully kept and the fall/Halloween décor was quite lovely. Also, the furniture in the guest rooms were of a high quality and nicely decorated. The breakfast on the first day consisted of homemade sweetbread French toast which was outstanding. The fluffy eggs on the second day with the fresh fruit was exceptional as well. At the end of the day, it was very nice to be able to go up to the Tea Room and relax with a nice hot cup of tea and a snack. The assortment of beverages and snacks was wonderful. We can’t wait to come and stay again in the spring.

Host not hospitable and quite odd (scale of 1-5 rated 1 and that's being generous). Breakfast mediocre at best (rating of 3). Rooms very clean and nicely appointed (rating of 5+). Unfortunately, quality and cleanliness of the room couldn't compensate for the host's crotchety disposition.

I spent 2 nights at the College Hill B&B and came away very impressed with the location, facility, and overall experience. Nancy and Ray, the proprietors, are gracious, accommodating, and very nice people.

The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was wonderful - complete with a go-cup when I had to run for an early AM business meeting.

Highly recommended.

We stayed at the LOVELY College Hill B n B for three nights last weekend and it was truly wonderful. My husband and I were arriving on the late side ( 10 pm) after a full days work and a long drive from Ct. to get to our daughter's visiting weekend at Bucknell University.
The Inn is CHARMING and easy to find with private parking. Ray welcomed us with a big smile and gave us a quick orientation. Our room was HUGE had a fireplace and private bath and just down the hallway is a butler's pantry with snacks and refreshments and complimentary wine in the fridge( HOW GREAT IS THAT?)

We plopped into the comfy bed with crisp sheets and slept like babies until we were awakened by yummy smells from the kitchen. We had fluffy delicious omelets and fruit and a huge cup of Joe. Ray and Nancy have decorated this Inn beautifully and know what they are doing for sure. Did I mention the cookies in our room every day?

Ray and Nancy served us three tasty breakfasts and made sure we were comfortable and happy and they were very accommodating. In addition they recommended a restaurant named SEASONS which was OUTSTANDING...DO NOT MISS EATING HERE if you are in Bloomsburg-YUM YUM!!!

We hope to get back there in the near future =)

Room Tip: North Wing was huge and sun filled in the morning~

The Innkeepers, Ray and Nancy, are outstanding hosts. The inn is beautifully decorated and the accommodations are outstanding. My husband and I and two other couples spent a wonderful weekend in Bloomsburg. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Our breakfast both mornings was outstanding. When you visit, be sure to ask Ray for his special French Toast. It is out of this world. Make sure you take some time to sit on the porch and chat with Ray and Nancy, you won't be disappointed!!

Room Tip: All of the rooms are wonderful. You can't go wrong.

We visit Bloomsburg occasionally to visit our children. College Hill is convenient (walkable to their house), clean, and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great--and we could choose the time to eat! Nancy and Ray were lots of fun and helpful.
