“An enjoyable dinner”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

Despite last second reservations for a very large dinner party Seasons was exceptional in every way. Great service, excellent menu choices, and just an overall great atmosphere. We will definitely have our next work function here again.

“Inspiration for the formation of our "Birthday Supper Club"”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

Three couples, five birthdays (two of us have the same birthday). We've now celebrated two of the birthdays at Seasons on Main, and have firm plans to be back for the other three. SOM manages to be elegant without being pretentious or outrageously priced, and is run by someone who takes so much pride in what he is doing with this restaurant that the high standards are very likely to be maintained in the long term.

SOM is a perfect place for a slightly fancier date, celebration or business meal - there are very few places that come close to filling this niche in the area. SOM does it right in all three of categories you care about in a restaurant: service, atmosphere, and food. In terms of the service, you'd be happy to invite anyone on the staff to sit down and join your dinner - they are professional but friendly and quick with a sincere smile. The owner/chef is ALSO the front of the house, and his excitement about his place is contagious. Anything he describes to you, you want to eat (and when you do eat it, it's just as he described). And he remembers his customers, which always feels good. He has transformed a little Bloom storefront into an elegant but comfortable venue with unobtrusive but lovely decor. And finally, the food is wonderful, with a focus on what is fresh and available seasonally. We end up sharing dishes all around the table because everyone is convinced that what they have is so delicious that it MUST be sampled by all. The owner has always been willing to customize dishes to make accommodations for allergies or even just preferences. It's also BYOB, and they know how to handle wine.

Bloom is lucky to be hosting this little touch of class in it's downtown - can't recommend it strongly enough.

“An absolute gem”
Reviewed August 1, 2013

We were so impressed by Seasons on main. The restaurant was modern, beautifully presented, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The menu, which changes with each season, had plenty of options to suit all tastes, it was difficult to choose, it all sounded amazing. All food, and even the bread was freshly made on the premises. Everyone in our group was delighted with their choice. The owner was happy to run through the menu and make suggestions and alterations to suit. We came away feeling that we had enjoyed a superb dining experience and can't wait to return.

“Fine Dining in Bloomsburg”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

If you would like to dine in a small restaurant with a great atmosphere, good food and that makes you feel like dressing up before attending, this is the only place now in Bloomsburg. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed and they want to please. The menu is limited and changes with the seasons, but is very nice. It is BYOB. The only negative is the "corkage fee" ($1 per person at the table) which is strange for Bloomsburg and surrounding areas.

“Great date night”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

A very good fine dining experience. The atmosphere was FANTASTIC. The food was good, but not the best we've had around here for fine dining- the prices were higher than we expected, but the fact that it was BYOB made it worthwhile, since we were able to bring our own bottle of wine. The owner was wonderful, chatting with us about the restaurant (we arrived before the busy hour).
They have a different menu for every season. We enjoyed the spring menu, but I think summer will be more to our liking. We are looking forward to trying the next season's menu- it will be great to have something new to try every season.
