“Just the right thing for the Season”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 17, 2012

This was my 2nd visit to the Christmas Village. Not sure if it was the time we went (6 pm on a Saturday); or the rainy weather...but traffic was horrendous! Upon entering the Road marked to Christmas Village, it took about 45 mins to an hour! Did not become frustrated since we were watching movies while in the traffic jam. May have been stressful if we were just sitting in the traffic. Was worth the wait; since it is truly a Wonderland of lights. Many families with young children who all seem to enjoy it. The fee is quite reasonable ranging somewhere between $8 and $ 9 dollars for children and adults. The hot chocolate is delicious at the barn costing $1.50 with popcorn at $2.00 and an assortment of old fashioned candy also reasonably priced. The cost of trinkets is pricier as well as taking a photo with Santa. There is a Kissing Bridge which is kinda cute! Of course the props are all made out of wood, pipe and metal but attractively painted. There are strains of pleasant Christmas music while you walk. All in all; it is a pleasant evening that helps to put you in the spirit of the season.

“Ouch”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2012

Waited in traffic for what seemed like forever (2 hours to be exact) waited in line to use restroom which was beyond flooded with bile matter on floor and urinal. Waited in line to see hand painted props and corny prob filled sheds. It looks good from the hill before entrance, but overall its overrated. Unless u enjoy waiting in line save yourself the disappointment

Nice place to visit. We went on a sunday and it was kind of rainy so it wasn't to buisy. They have free parking an the price of admision wasn't to bad. It took us aabout 45 min to walk through at a slower pace and stop in some of the little shops throughout the village.

“Christmas Wonderland!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2012

Very nice! Sensory overload so many things to see! The lights are very nicely done many different themes, alot of detail. The only downer was that it took a half hour in stop and go traffic to get in. Once in it was very crowded and it was hard to see all it had to offer. I suggest getting there early.

“Spectacular Light Show”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2012

My wife and I were returning from a luncheon show in Allentown and on the way back to central New York we stopped in Bernville to the Koziar's Christmas Village. The brisk evening, although a bit uncomfortable, was easily forgotten as we roamed the lit pathways from one lighting exhibit to another. The lights were spectacular and the story behind the Christmas Village is one of note. The Koziar family over decades have put together a wholesome, reasonably priced attraction that takes months putting up as well as taking down. The reflecting pond, large trains on tracks, the thematic structures and the warm buildings were all adorned with the lights that truly make you feel "young" again.......KUDOS to the Koziar's. Make time to visit for a few hours, take in the lights; drink up some hot chocolate and have camera in hand.
