I been staying at other motel in the new stanton area for approx 11 yrs. This Hotel is night and day better than those motel. The rooms are clean, it made me feel that ,I should and did leave a tip. They even put soup and popcorn, and drinks out for you to consume. The morning meal is nice, they even have person that stays there keeping it clean and full. some places. Ive stayed at, it looks like mob ate there. over all I'll be staying there alot. thank you'

Hotel staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast room is pleasant, food is satisfying. Price is good if you get internet rate otherwise can be a little pricey.

We stayed here for two nights when our A/C broke during a heat wave. We have two dogs, no problem here. Clean room & friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. Was surprised how quiet it was being so close to the interstate.

Upon arrival, the check in was fast. But this property has the slowest elevator I have ever experienced at a Best Western. One of the two washing machines did not work. As for the room given me, it was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's rest. The staff offers the guests fresh popcorn in the lobby in the evening. I arrived at the free breakfast at 9:25 a.m. It closes at 9:30 a.m. The scrambled egg pan was empty. The lady hosting the breakfast made me fresh eggs. I would consider the breakfast to be a deluxe breakfast, which is a step above the advertised continental breakfast stated on this Best Western's website page. In the on-site exercise facility is a stationary bike, treadmill, and stair stepper. All the equipment worked. There was no USA Today newspaper that many Best Westerns offer their guests, but there was a complimentary Observer-Reporter local paper. Upon departure, the checkout was quick. All the staff I encountered were friendly. While this is not a four-star hotel, I will be staying here again when in the Bentleyville area.
