“Amazing!”
Reviewed June 21, 2013

Atmosphere, service, food quality, top notch! 4 in our party shared the tower of seafood appetizer and there was enough for me and a couple others as well! Crab legs, jumbo shrimp, lobster tails, and tuna all on a bed of shaved ice. Yum!

The steaks, seafood, and lamb were all delicious. The servers were attentive, helpful, and unseen, as a server should be. All in all, a delightful, albeit expensive, evening.

“New Summer Menu”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We had a late dinner at the 1796 Room after spending the afternoon taking the waters at the Bedford Springs Spa. We promised ourselves a light dinner, but when offered the chance to dine on 21-day aged beef, we threw that idea out the window. Service -- impeccable. Food -- top of the line. If you don't eat beef, try the fennel-crusted sea bass or the vegetable risotto. Dessert? We passed because who needs more food after one of the finest cuts of beef I have had in ages.

“Just arriving at the hotel will wow you!”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

Had an awesome evening at this resort, and an even more awesome experience at dinner. When you visit this restaurant, do NOT pass on the appetizer, 4 seafood tower. though pricy when first seen on the menu, it is actually a bargain, with crab legs (large, pre split for easy eating) good size lobster tails, big shrimp and tuna, what more could you ask for? We ordered the 4 person size, and it could have easily been a full meal for 3! Service was impeccable, atmosphere was second to none, and the food---what can I say, top notch. Any downside? Just one, bring lots of greenbacks, but what else would you expect. This is not a meal, it is an experience!

“To-die-for tenderloin”
Reviewed May 30, 2013

Not sure I have enough words to fill this review because one word sums it all up - heavenly. I can literally still taste the flavorful, tender, mouth-watering tenderloin, even weeks later. I'm not sure any other will ever live up to my new standards.
