My wife and I are originally from Beaver, PA and now live in Philadelphia. While visiting family in Beaver this week, we decided to check out Biba having heard good things about it. It was fantastic! The dining room is tastefully decorated, the service was great, and the food was phenomenal. We both started with a small plate each. I had the crab and chorizo fundido, my wife had the shrimp tacos. Both dishes were excellent. The grilled corn tortillas were the highlight of both. For the main course, I had the roasted leg of lamb, my wife had the flank steak. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sliced almonds on the lamb was the perfect touch. We didn't get dessert because we had to go to a birthday party later that evening for cake, but it was very difficult to pass up the churros. We'll definitely get them next time. The whole experience was great, even down to appropriately sized wine glasses for the bottle we brought with us (unlike the undersized glasses at the other, unfortunately more popular, restaurant in Beaver). The bottom line....next time you want to go out for a nice dinner in Beaver, skip the predictable Italian cuisine and lackluster service at M****'s and treat yourself to real fine dining at Biba!

Thoroughly enjoyed Chef's night. A 4 course meal for $20, each course selected by the chef. 4 wonderful surprises served to our party of 4, plenty to sample and share. Each dish could be recommend without reservation.

Biba is a breath of fresh air in the cluttered restaurant scene around Pittsburgh. The menu is creative and the atmosphere is perfect for a fine dining experience. Chef creates dishes from fresh and unexpected sources and Jason, one of the owners, is a gracious and engaging host. It's well worth the drive. Don't forget, it's BYOB!

Biba is a great restaurant offering innovative cuisine. It's a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of Beaver County's stale and similar dining options. The menu focuses on local, in-season foods, and so it changes weekly based on what's available. The flavors are bold and adventurous, with a welcome variety. The atmosphere is sophisticated - a great place for a date, a celebration, or just to spend time with friends.

Great atmosphere. Food is fabulous, great potion size, tuna was wonderful. Love how the menu changes giving you a variety of what to choose from. Love the BYOB factor as well. Will return soon!
