My wife and I have been coming to Celia's for as long as it has been in Tualatin> For awhile it had the name Juan Colorado, but it's the same owner and people. The food is traditional Tex-Mex and we use it as the standard to which all other Tex-Mex is graded.

Chose Celia's due to its close proximity to Bushwhackers, as we were coming in from the Oregon coast for a night of dancing and had a craving for Mexican food. I had a chicken chimi and my bf had a shrimp fajita burrito. Both were delicious! Loved the chips and salsa, too. Service was very good and we enjoyed being upstairs on the enclosed deck for a nice view of a gorgeous rainbow!

Our family went here so my wife and I could get fajitas as we had one of their coupons which gave a few dollars off. The quality of the food was fine and the service was average. The disappointing part was when our fajitas came it was mostly onions and green peppers and hardly any steak. Next time we want fajitas we will just make them at home.

We love eating here, we do so at seven or eight times a year. The service is awesome, the servings are large. The prices are in line with any other Mexican restaurant. The drinks are good as well.

Prices were higher than average. Portions were large. The salsa is better than average, and the chips are warm. The menu is extensive. The ambiance is interesting, as there are lots of neon beer signs and plants. There is a patio for hardy diners.
