I asked for the name of a restaurant this July 2014 while visiting Tillamook, Oregon and was told that Lin's Restaurant would be a good choice. Well I have eaten Chinese food in more than 180 countries and would definitely rate this restaurant as one of the best. The food was so tasty and portions more than generous. Their prices were quite reasonable with great service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and treated every guest with genuine appreciation So many American Chinese restaurants are just not that good and I believe that is why Vietnamese and Thai restaurants are growing in popularity. Lin's will be our first stop when visiting Tillamook and then of course for ice cream and cheese samples at the Tillamook Cheese Factory visitors center.
Again I would highly recommend Lin's restaurant for quality food at a reasonable price along with great service. It is nice to be in a restaurant where people actually appreciate your business.

Nice family style restaurant. Large portions served with affordable prices. The meal was 5 stars. You won't be disappointed. We visit the area once a year...have to eat at Lins when in town.

On our overnight stay in Tillamook we were in the mood for seafood but we're unable to find an appealing option that was open (mid-week, late April). We chose Lin's as an alternate. We were greeted warmly by the host and we're able to choose our table. Our server, however, was not very friendly. We ordered an appetizer sampler as well as orange chicken. We were also offered our choice of soups to start. When the food arrived we were overwhelmed with the portion size. The food was fairly standard; good, but nothing stood out as great. If you go, definitely plan on bringing out leftovers as each entree could easily feed two.

The service here is amazing. Almost too good! Your food comes faster than you can eat your egg flower soup! And the food is always hot, appetizing and delicious. Something for everyone!

This family restaurant moved to a new location recently, the new place is bigger and has a nicer dining area. My wife and I had pork with Chinese long beans and pot stickers. The pot stickers were good with a tasty sauce. the BBQ pork was good and the long beans were cooked perfectly, crisp tender and sauted with garlic and black bean sauce. The lunch menu is very reasonable and the diner menu is also moderately priced. We will definitely dine there again when in Tillamook.
