“Great salads and pasta bowls”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2014

We really enjoyed the food. The portions were good and what we had was fresh and tasty. I had a wrap which was very juicy and I ended up removing the outside and eating it with a fork. It would have been better as a pasta bowl. The zucchini fritte were very good. The gelato was also good and a nice end to the meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to returning to try some of the other items on the menu.

“Not Impressed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2014

Like other reviewers have said, this is an interesting concept, but we left disappointed. We ordered a spaghetti dish and the pasta-stuffed burrito-thingy (aka "piadina"). The food was big on portions, but somewhat low on flavor, at least for what we ordered. Apparently their other location in Vancouver, WA has now closed -- not sure what that means for the future of their Tigard location.

“Great, cheap, different Italian fare”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 20, 2014

This not-quite-fast-food restaurant features Piadina, essentially an Italian burrito. It's different -- have you ever had a pasta-stuffed burrito? But it's goood. The prices, especially during happy hour, are excellent. The food is fresh and the help is friendly. And the white chocolate pancetta gelato (for $1.25!) is great.

“Good, fresh food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2014 via mobile

We also found Strada to be a Chipotle's style eatery, where they assemble your entrée in front of you. I had the Palermo pasta which was delicious, and hot enough to wilt the fresh spinach. My kids' marinara sauce was quite good, too: rich, but not sweet or too salty. Good place to bring your kids, if their not of the overly-quiet persuasion. I look forward to going back and trying more of their entrees, all in the $8-9 range.

“Dissapointing”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 15, 2014

I'm not sure the concept works. It's kind of like a Chipotle style Italian restaurant. The idea of "almost fast food" is sound, but the food fare offered doesn't really work. I had the Chicken Alfredo and came away very disappointed. Combining cold spinach with a chicken breast and noodles, dropped the temperature into a luke warm dish. (Blech)
