It's a buffet, but you pay extra for a dollop of "protein" on your salad. Salad fixings tasted chemical -- I suspect preservatives. Other food items were basically heavy carb fillers -- breads, pastas. Salty soup. The place is strangely designed with the cash register after the salad bar, so you really can't get seconds of salad, but you can have all the bread, muffins, and pasta you want. I fail to see this as particularly healthy or even particularly balanced.
I consider the prices were high (even with a coupon) for what you get.
