We stayed for a Fastpitch tournament. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. All of the rooms have a leather sofa, fridge, microwave, and coffee. The pool was small but worked fine for the girls. The breakfast was much more than any other hotel offerings, plenty of choices, including healthy options. We will definitely stay in this hotel again for next years tournament. Restaurants are close by, some within walking distance.

My husband and I recently spent two nights here while driving through the area and we loved it. We had a large king size room, and it was spacious, with a sofa (that would pull out if if you needed) it. The bathroom was also VERY large. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet - we could not hear noise from our neighbors. Very soft sheets, towels that were of good quality, and everything was clean and new.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and thought that it was a little better than average. There was a waffle bar (always appreciated), plus several cereals and fruit, yogurt, breads, etc in addition to the typical eggs and meat options.

We also used the hotel hot tub and found it to be very clean and well-maintained, with towels available on-site.

The hotel is located south of the downtown area. We had a rental car on a drive from Seattle to San Francisco, and we didn't mind the distance. In fact, we appreciated the free parking, and we found that the places we wanted to visit in Portland were very public and easy to park using city spaces. The area this hotel is located is near malls and chain restaurants, so it could be convenient if you needed that, too. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we are in a similar situation.

Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was superb; the provided anything you could imagine for breakfast including a make your waffle bar. Front desk people exceptionally nice.
