Our company meets here every month for business meetings. Bed and rooms are very comfortable. It's also very quiet. Continental breakfast is handy, but no lounge on site. Meeting room accommodates our group very well, but we are going to outgrow it soon. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We had stayed there a few years back before it was completed. Thought we would give it another try. Wrong move. We requested top floor, we could not get it so she said "we will put you on the back side. should be quiet there". NOPE room 210 is on the front side facing a busy frontage road and I-5 freeway. All the road noise we can eat. Not much sleep.

The breakfast was just greasy garbage. The eggs were weird and the hash browns had leftover crap added to it. We were at Salem Grand 2 days earlier and the breakfast was much better.

Dear Rob S,

Thank you for your choice of The Grand Hotels for your lodging needs, and for taking the time to send in a review. I was so pleased to be able to find your reservation and talk with you personally today. As I said in our conversation, the only way we can correct our errors and prevent recurrence is to get honest feedback from guests such as yourself. We are then able to use this information as a training tool for all of our staff. Please know you are important to us not only as return guest at Bridgeport, but as a regular guest of our sister property in Salem as well. We look forward to the opportunity to host you at Bridgeport again soon.

i don't know if the service staff we worked with was lazy, uninformed, or new, but they answered a couple of our questions flat wrongly (e.g. checkout and late checkout time/availabilty). we made our decision to stay here because of that misinformation. when we arrived and inquired, we were told that original information was wrong. they were completely unapologetic and unaccommodating.

go elsewhere.

Dear cheechew,

Thank you for your stay and for your review. Even though the news may not be good, we always appreciate honest assessments and use them to improve the lodging experience for all of our guests. I would like for you to reach out to me personally at the hotel so I can better understand what you were told, that way we can take the proper steps to prevent any mistakes such as this from repeating. We work hard to provide excellent service and accommodation for all of our guests, we apologize your recent stay did not meet your expectations. I look forward to hearing from you soon so we can have an opportunity to win back your lodging trust.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and focused on providing good service. Nice size rooms. Kids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Across street from Bridgeport Village. Lots of shopping and dining options too. Was a great place to get out and go for a late evening walk. Close to I-5, but did we were not bothered by noise. Separate shower and bath - nice feature,

Room tip: We asked for top floor. We liked it!

Mini family getaway from Seattle. Booked two rooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean. No robes, which was disappointing because they do have a tiny pool and kids went to the pool but it wasn't very polite to walk in the hallways in swimming suits. Not for me, anyways. Good budget hotel. Very nice shopping mall just 8 minutes walking distance. Nice restaurants. Breakfast is free and so is parking.
