Excellent Hotel. Looked after our team very well. Very well priced. Good Breakfast. Clean nice hotel. Excellent lobby for team meetings etc. Just a lovely hotel. Great service. Great service before the stay organizing the reservations etc. Value for dollar its exceptional!

What a welcoming hotel! The staff is fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They really seem to enjoy working here and when I said so, I heard "They treat us very well here, good company to work for!" It shows. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is really good-we really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would improve would be the toiletries :)

Room tip: Fourth floor was great!

We stayed three nights at the Grand Hotel and my husband knows it is my favorite. The hotel staff and service are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice with a large bathroom and comfy towels. The location is great off the freeway and near Peets Coffee, Whole Foods, REI and many other shops.
Parking is free. In Portland the hotels charge $30+ a night.

We will stay at the Grand Hotel in the future.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom was roomy with a nice shower and a tub, the bed was comfortable and the pillows fluffy. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is provided with hot & cold items. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants for ever taste, PF Chang, QDoba, Starbucks, a bagels place, a cafe, Whole Foods, etc.

I stay here for business frequently for years but not sure i will keep going. Great staff and rooms are clean. Dated furnishings in spacious rooms. Lights need updating.every fixture with a blinding cfl bulb and no dimmers. Needs night lighting. Biggest complaint is always the noise. Close to interstate and walls are thin. You hear everything! I was on first floor and worse than normal. Even the mini fridge was loud. Tv is very small and just needs updating to something more modern.

Thank you for your stay and for your review. We always appreciate honest feedback and use it to improve the lodging experience for all of our guests. I’m sorry your last visit didn’t meet your expectations, it is always our goal to exceed our guests' expectations. Like with most things, everyone’s comfort level, with noise, light, firmness of mattress etc…….are always a bit different. We strive to do our best to accommodate requests for rooms opposite the freeway side and on an upper floor, both of which can provide a little more quiet experience. We are happy to have you as a regular guest and are pleased by your appreciation of our spacious rooms, cleanliness and guest service. We look forward to future visits from you.
