Very nice accommodations in a great location. Free parking and a great breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Crossroads Restaurant did a great job with our party of 11 guests! We will be staying here again on our next visit.

We stayed there during a trip to attend a family wedding. The public areas and rooms are dated and look more like a value motel than a good hotel. However, the breakfasts were very good. You could get eggs cooked to order and that is a real plus. The price is low so it is a good value and would be a good selection for families. If you are willing to overlook the decor, this is a good place to stay. The location is not ideal for Portland but good enough.

Overall, I like the staff and the hotel. They work hard to make us feel at home. The meals were good and covered even vegetarian diets. The chef was great and remembered us from the year before. A very busy hotel near Portland, we use it to stage our day trips and avoid the big city feel.

This has well become our favorite Hilton brand hotel in Portland. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the service is always spot on. There was some market convention at the hotel when we stayed but it was never noisy or troublesome to our stay. Breakfast is great and the hotel bar is a nice stop after a long day on the road.

Hotel Room: Conference Suite is old-looking room. (Smell very old as well)
Bed is comfortable.

Food: Soup of the Day is good! Alaska Clam is not my favorite ... it was really tough and hard to chew ... plus very greasy! *_*
Service is excellent - Bianca is a sweet person and very friendly as well!

Breakfast: EXCELLENT!!

Manager's Reception: drinks are good but snacks are so so.

Gift Shop: Sherry is a very nice and friendly lady!

Front Desk: everyone is friendly and offers excellent service!

They charged me $144.53, plus 14.46 tax for a two-room ADA suite. For value, it was head and shoulders above another hotel I stayed in the previous night and, unburdened by Portland's oppressive occupancy taxes, almost $70 cheaper. Parking is free.

I took the ADA room because it was the only room left for someone without a reservation. (There was some kind of huge apparel showcase going on this weekend.) I'm probably showing my ignorance by saying I didn't see any difference between an ADA and non-ADA room, except that the bathroom's larger, there's no bathtub, and the shower is built to accommodate a wheelchair. Doors are probably wider, too, for the same reason, and the one to this bathroom opened outward, meaning you had to step around it in the hall or keep it closed.

The two-room suite was odorless, spotless, dustless, and hairless. Every light and lamp worked. The windows, sinks and bathroom fixtures were clean. The decor was tasteful and not boring. The living room and bedroom each had a flatscreen tv, each with its own remote, and everything worked. There was a compact fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and two telephones.

I don't use blowdryers, extra blankets, pillows, irons or ironing boards, but they were there. Nor do I tend to forget things, but it was a nice touch to notice the card saying complimentary sundries and toiletries were available on request.

The hotel hosts a daily (I think) manager's reception and breakfast, both complimentary. I had dinner outside the hotel, so missed the former. The breakfast, though, was extraordinary. You tell one of the chefs what ingredients to use to build a custom omelette. While he's doing that, you help yourself to pancakes and sausages (sausages!!), juices and coffee and bagels and fresh fruit and more. (This is a complimentary write-up, so I'm excused from having to list everything.) It was like having breakfast at a restaurant, but without the check at the end.

Another bonus of staying in this hotel is that you can actually WALK to Washington Square. (And Target and Lamps Plus, if you're so inclined.)

The hotel conveniently located in an area with a wide variety of options for food and close to the shopping mall.
Rooms need a complete make over and renovation along with some deep cleaning and a good maintains Dust and mold throughout room and I found a nails in the room corner near the bed.
The beds were so soft , you will sink on it, it was not comfortable, I could not sleep well.
It was really noisy in the weekend.
The elevator smells stinky and always wet.
The best of this hotel was the super staff, location, breakfast, and the free parking.
Overall we were not so happy in this stay.

Room Tip: be sure to ask for a room in the north tower if you want a quite room
