We were driving around looking for a breakfast spot and saw this little gem on the corner. The windows were fogged-up and the parking lot was full. Both good signs for good food from the karma food gods! We waited about five minutes because there were no empty tables, but took in all the sights of this diner and food being served while waiting. A large franchise wouldn't be able to recreate the feel and culture of this little gem that makes the perfectly prepared breakfast even tastier. Our son had the chicken fried steak and my wife and I shared the corned beef hash. We ordered the homemade muffins with both dishes and they were very special. We saw some people order the pancakes which also look special, delicious, and are off the plate. The pancakes are so big, they didn't fit on the plate. LOL. The young man next to us finished his off with no problem. LOL
