The woodburn oven makes the pizza taste great. The bread sticks were delicious as well as the spinach raviolis. We even had enough to eat the leftovers for lunch the next day. Great service and prices also.

On a roadtrip, stopping for the night in Springfield, OR, and not wanting to get in the car again to find dinner, we asked the hotel desk clerk what she recommended that was walkable. Ciao Pizza was her answer but I said pizza is not my favorite thing. She encouraged us to try it anyway, saying there were many other things on the menu and the food was very good. She was right! My caprese salad, with tasty tomatoes, and ravioli calabrese, with sausage and finished with sage butter and parmesan, were delicious! Every now and then we make a surprise discovery and this was it! Wonderful!!!

This used to be my all-time favorite place for pizza. Four months ago the pizza crust was hand-made/thrown and puffed up deliciously when baked in their oven. It was crisp and tender. The toppings were generous and the wonderful home-made sausage spread in large chunks. I don't know what happened since, but he crust was tough, crunchy, and hard to bite through. I told the waitress that it seemed more commercial is taste and appearance. The sausage was still good, but too finely crumbled and all toppings too skimpy. She said each chef makes the pizzas differently and they were trying new crust recipes / versions? Can't recommend until they look back to what made this such a great restaurant.

Honestly can't rate the food. Never got the waitress to take an interest in us. Smelled great. Place was almost empty. Wait staff was standing around the end of the bar whispering and looking sour. After waiting quite a while and getting nothing but water (never even took our drink order) we left.
