Chef Caryl Hosler has satisfied palates in Sisters at Jen's Garden and Thyme. Now ready to take on her own establishment, her skills and individuality shine. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful collection of small plates from the trout fritters and romaine and radishes salad, with a yummy horseradish dressing, to the moussaka. Each preparation was distinctive and evenly flavored. The wine list was moderately priced with several unique selections. Our Spanish red was delicious and a perfect match with our eclectic selections. Splitting the lemon bread pudding with plump Oregon blueberries was a perfect way to end our meal. We are so excited to have a new, reasonably priced "date night" spot in Sisters. Hooray for Caryl and her team.
