This restaurant is completely overrated. While it does have a ice view of the river from the few tables on the patio or by the window, that' s the best thing about the restaurant. The menu is on the small side but does have salads, a couple of meat, fish and chicken dishes, and some apps. The night we were there, the restaurant was having problems and many of the menu items could not be prepared. What we did have was average at best. The clams were puny, chewy, and the bread accompaniment was burnt. The shrimp in garlic sauce was undercooked and came with an overpowering aioli sauce. The crab cakes were of the frozen and reheated variety. The salads were fresh but all the rest of what they were able to prepare was disappointing.

We chose the Creekside Grill based on the high ratings on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. As we arrived a customer was leaving and recommended the fish tacos - she was right - they are great! Another in our group got the turkey melt. It was special - real roasted turkey - wonderful cheese on toasted sourdough.
We will defiantly be back!!

Mike and I had lunch at the Creekside Grill - we sat on the outside patio with a table right next to the railing and the creek was just below us. The food was good, served in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable. We took our time eating so we could have more time enjoying the atmosphere of the eatery.

DH's steak was excellent as was my rainbow trout, seasonal veggies very nice, server was very helpful. Entree did not include soup and salad choice, and was offered-- you really had to be listening to catch the mention of 'extra cost'. Bit of an unexpected twist: screwdriver highball can be made with pineapple juice!?!

My food was pedestrian at best...not homemade fare.
It was edible though nothing stellar about it with the exception of the location which was inviting, green and near the water...an oasis.
Too bad they don't capture the moment with special food
