Yeah, I can say that, b/c I am Italian and my mama was born in the old country. We ordered eggplant parmesan -- my husband and I were able to split a single dinner order, which worked out to be just right. We arrived late in the evening on a holiday weekend and the staff had clearly been working hard all day. But they were great, the food tasted wonderful. What's not to like?

Very well laid out restaurant, friendly service. The starters (soup and salad) were very good and one of the meals also. The seafood lasagne was nothing special - a bit stodgy, but to be fair, perhaps I ordered the wrong thing. Good value for money and they did try to make a Macchiato (espresso with a tough of milk) despite the fact that no-one was Italian.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant in seaside. Our hotel manager suggested Guido and Vito's. we were not disappointed. We ordered the butternut squash ravioli and the spaghetti with Marinara sauce. first we were served a small portion of bread with oil for dipping. That was a nice taste. Soon came our soups the minestrone and tomato basil were excellent. Our entrees came out in just the right amount of time. There was a good amount of carefully prepared fresh tasting food. The sauces were light and delicious. The entrees were accompanied by garlic bread. Everything was excellent. The waitstaff was very attentive. This is a little gem on Broadway in Seaside.

This was one of our favorite dinners in Seaside. Everything we ordered was fresh, house made and delicious from butternut squash in marsala sauce to caprese salad. Yum! We can't wait to go back. Wait staff is friendly and informed.
