This place is a bit hidden beside a canal, so you might not notice it if you were just strolling around Seaside. The day we were there, everyone else seemed to be locals. It's a friendly, funky, brica brac sort of place, reminding me of the 1950's. Breakfast was great, and you can't beat $4.00 for waffles in a resort town ! My husband had the an omlet, which was very good. The only suggestion I have is to add some fresh squeezed juices, rather than canned.

If you have no hang ups with wicker and you're ok with possibly waiting a while, the food is worth it. We got a little of everything for breakfast and each thing was awesome to eat. It's the opposite of Dennys for all the right reasons. They have art for sale too. It was kinda hidden and you'll need to just park along broadway when you get to the river. You can't see it from the road, but follow the river path, as you can see the river from the seating area.

The breakfast wasn't that good and I think that It's a little bit expensive. The eggs benedict, that is like their main thing, wasn't that good. The pancakes was the best, but pancakes it's not a hard thing to make. This is not a place that I would visit again.

Not only are Patty's soups the bomb, her French Dip is the BEST in the County!!! And, she'll give you a call and let you know when she's making your favorite soup if you just ask!
