Only thing wrong with this place is that too many people know how great it is! Above average service, excellent food, and you seldom have to wait for the check. Their muffins have a lot of variety...not just blueberry and bran...but their biscuits take the prize for size and taste. Could use an extension on the waiting room, but the line moves fast unless you are a party of 8, which they are happy to accomodate. Every city should have a Sybil's.

I have been eating and visiting Sybil's for quite some time. I'm there with a group of Veterans/Service Members every Friday. I make several other apperances the ought the week just to wind down. As for food..., its food. The old relaxing atmospher and waitress (Lori) that makes me smile. I will say I am a early morning guy so the crowd is very small. The place gets very busy in the afternoon, so go early. lol

If you are looking for a great place to relax and eat good food, go no further.

I went with a large group of people and called ahead to make sure they had room. The staff was very nice and they put together a large table for us. Food was good and they have a ton of different omelettes to choose from. If you like omelettes, you should definitely check it out. Service was a little slow, but it could have been because of our large group.

This place is filthy, both our water glasses had stuff floating in them, the plates had old hard stuff on them and the omlette sucked to say the least. Bad food, bad service and FILTHY

While visiting in Salem for a few weeks, my wife and I elected to try Sybil's for Sunday brunch, partially because of favorable TripAdvisor reviews.

The waitress was pleasant and helpful. The eggs and bacon were tasty but not exceptional. The coffee was ordinary.

Pricing was reasonable.
