Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We would like to remind future visitors to check our web site for bloom season dates. Our bloom season typically runs from the first week in May through the first week in June. Outside of those dates we dedicate our energies toward digging, shipping, planting and preparing for the following bloom season. While we take pride in our entire property year-round, you are correct that in the "off-season" there are no blooms in the gardens. This summer the garden is especially barren as we have dug up the 10 acres of display beds in preparation for re-planting -- a procedure that takes place approximately every three to five years. Visitors are welcome to call ahead to ask on the status of the gardens before they make the trip. We hope that you will have the opportunity to visit us again in the height our of glorious bloom season.

We live relatively nearby and for us this marks the beginning of summervin the nw. All went so well. The weather, the parades, and the many festivities... But the flowers make it all. Have grandkids pics taken every year in the middle of one of the gardens. Every year it just gets better.

We love going every year. Take the kids who like to wander around and my granddaughter loved taking pictures.

This iris farm is a great place to visit during their public viewing time. There's acres of display gardens that are gorgeous and fragrant. They have many benches and chairs throughout the gardens to rest and contemplate the beauty around you. They augment nature with wine tastings, music, and buckets of cut blossoms to buy at very reasonably prices. There's ample parking (including disabled which was particularly important for us) and places to picnic. There is also a food and drink stand if you'd rather. This is a fantastic place to take all ages to relax and wander. And don't forget to take your camera!

Not only gorgeous orchids of varying styles and colors, but gardens interspersed with poppies and other flowers to set them off! A wonderful way to spend some time strolling and enjoying the beauty of nature.
