We got the chance to stay the night in this hotel during the huge snowstorm in early February. After deciding we couldn't go further that night due to the 17 mile backup on I-5, we called around, and they had a room available for us, and even had a good rate. The room was clean, the pool and hot tub were warm, and they even ordered about a dozen pizzas for guests so we didn't have to go out on snowy roads to get food.
The morning breakfast was good, the hostess was really friendly and gave our kids some pictures to color. Once they colored a picture, they gave them a small toy (and even gave my 3 year old two toys since he couldn't decide between a ball and a plane).
The staff even helped guests put chains on tires.
Not sure what would bring me back to Salem, but I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!More
