Good food? Who knows. We came in at 5 pm, thinking we had plenty of time to make a 6 pm meeting. Mexican food - what could go wrong? There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, and at least two servers. No problem, right. WRONG. 35 minutes later the waitress tells us our meals will be right out. "We only have one cook tonight, the other didn't show." 15 minutes later, still no food. When we ask a different waitress, she tells us they are just starting to cook our meal. We get the manager. Tell him we have to be at a meeting in fifteen minutes, and if the food does not come out in 3 minutes we will be forced to leave. 3 minutes pass, we get up to leave. Do we get an apology? An offer to buy us our drinks and guacamole, anything? NO. We get a rude guy demanding we pay for our one drink and bowl of dip. This place has zero idea what customer service means. They could have at least told us when we walked in that they were down a cook and to expect a wait.
