Went to Kuy's for a birthday lunch with a group of friends. Orders were called in ahead of time and were served fairly promptly. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken but was unable to tell what part of the chicken was used or if it was even chicken to begin with. The rice served was dry and without flavor. A friend ordered their "crispy chicken" plate but, as in my case, was not able to tell what kind of chicken was used or if it really was chicken. His chicken was far from "crispy". I did not see a clean plate after lunch was done and a couple friends ate one or two bites and left the rest. I will no longer dine at Kuy's.

If you cross the railroad tracks off highway 30 you'll find a little place that has been serving the best food in town for over 25 years. Kuy's large menu features Cambodian & Vietnamese food, and you don't pay extra for the tea. Be aware you can order a combo plate of the usual oriental dishes, like Kung Pao chicken, fried rice, egg rolls etc. and these are average at best. The real gems are found further down the menu. The Lap Such Meun is a salad with spicy chicken, basil, roasted rice, lemon grass dressing, and a hint of mint. Other "can't miss" entrees include the Nom Bahn Chok Somlar Curry with lots of fresh veggies & noodles. The Bahn Cheau which is a Cambodian style pancake pocket filled with chicken & bean sprouts with a dipping sauce. The Pad Se Ew has Broccoli with chicken or pork, wide rice noodles and egg. And finally the Spicy Shrimp Salad. Also ALL of their specialty soups are excellent. In good weather there is outdoor seating on the patio. They are closed on Sunday and closed between lunch and dinner from around 2-4pm.
