Why is it that the kitchen staff finds it necessary to serve everything with either way too much salt or too much saturated fat? Or both. I've never visited a restaurant that offers so little on the menu that is healthy. Are they trying to kill off everyone who eats there? And after sampling their soup on more than one occasion, I have to say that it has never been served hot; it's always lukewarm. Yuck. Steaks are generally not cooked properly: medium = well done, medium rare = raw. The salmon is grossly undercooked. There is always something to disappoint. On the positive side, the service is good and servers are friendly and helpful. I wish they would offer more in the way of healthy food.
