What a fun place full of farm items, antiques and rustic outdoor/indoor decorating items! So many outbuildings full of stuff to see and buy. Many items are left outside year-round though and are meant to be in rough shape...others are inside and well taken care of. This is a fun place to see for guys and ladies! Something for everyone here!

We really enjoyed the place and it was like a time travel into the past with very nostalgic stuff. The location was just perfect with beautiful farms and mountains.More than anything John was such a pleasure to meet and he even gifted me the thing I wanted to buy ! We enjoyed the stuff they had.

We had the best time visiting with John of Riversdale Valley Farm. I bet we spent 2 hours there looking at all the stuff he had and chatting with him. Alot of interesting items with prices on everything, which seemed reasonable. It really isn't a business but a personal farm, so there really aren't any set hours. Best to call first and let him know you are interested in visiting. It was the highlight of our day!

Cute place to visit. My husband found some items to complete some art projects. Prices were very good. Well worth the time. Don’t follow google maps watch for signs before the last turn on google.

Words and pictures hardly do this place justice. It simply is an experience you don't want to miss if you enjoy reliving the past. Only 20 miles from my home and I didn't know about it until my brother-in-law was planning a visit from Portland and found it on tripadvisor. He came. We went. We enjoyed. Listening to owner John Baird talk is also part of the experience that will make you smile.

My wife heard about Riverside Valley Farm so while in the area we called and made an appointment to visit; highlight of our stay in the area. John met us as we drove in and after introductions commenced to fill us in on his family history (with great photos) and how he managed to get all this great "stuff" to Baird's Barn. We spent about an hour and a half there and found it difficult not to buy more than we did. Worth the visit, don't miss it.

REALLY nice owner (John) talkative interesting, very kind. They have lots of primitive farm equipment, hardware, tools, kitchen items, garden art - too much to list. We wandered between 3 buildings for about 3 hrs. Guarantee you will see some items that you won't find any place else. John is very organized, knows where each item came from, when he bought it and for what price. Plus, his prices are really fair! If you have a creative mind you can find treasures to use in sellable art/craft projects. Doing a restoration on an old home? Stop here for hardware, door knobs etc. If you are not planning to build or make anything, stop here anyhow, you get to meet a very interesting man and will even see a collection of hog oilers. It's not junk folks - he's got a lot of treasures. Who knew??
