Let me start off by saying that I use to manage a hotel and I absolutely DESPISE it when your travel agent books your hotel at "the lowest rate" and you ask what the AAA rate is when you get there and it happens to be lower than your rate and eventhough you show your VALID PLATINUM AAA MEMBERSHIP they refuse to honor the rate!!!!!!! and thats why I rated a 3 for value because they failed to honor my AAA Card.
We stayed in this hotel for a trade show that we were hosting and had about 4 or 5 rooms. Lobby is beautiful but gives you false hope that your rooms will look just as good. Rooms are average... very clean nice view of riverfront, outside corridors which is a bit inconvenient, comfortable beds, decent bathroom etc. Location was great right off freeway(no freeway noise though) which is a HUGE plus because I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast was the usual famous cinnamon rolls yogurt, cereal, hardboiled eggs...etc
IF THE STAFF RECOMMEND ANTONIO'S ITALIAN FOOD.... POLITELY DISREGARD THE RECOMMENDATION. We ate there and I didn't even finish half of it, it was disgusting and the after taste made me want to be sick. My boyfriend ordered spaghetti and raviolli combo and was also very disappointed. Nothing close to good italian food... just a heads upMore
