This place was hopping on a Sunday evening! We had the halibut fish tacos (three tacos) and the pork carnitas fajitas. BIG PORTIONS! But, the seafood is what you should go for ... lots of options, flavorful and very fresh!

Guacamole was very good, but the chips and salsa is just average (I like chunky salsa).

You find some non-traditional, creative takes on conventional Mexican dishes and some more American options...so something for everyone. A very extensive menu.

The margaritas are wonderful and well presented. Service was good. Staff was friendly.

Our family was in Redmond to attend the state basketball tournament for 7th & 8th grade players. Saturday night one of the parents made reservations @ Diego's for all of the team members, their parents & extended family who also were attending the tournament. It was a very large group & we were warmly welcomed & seated @ three large tables. Our waiter was awesome and able to keep up with all of our many drink choices as well as suggesting selections from the large menu options. Everyone was pleased with the delicious food that was served & amazed @ the quick service we received. Needless to say, we will return to Diego's the next time we have occasion to be in Redmond.

One of my favorite places to take friends and family. Great service, great food and superb drinks.
It can be a little hard to get a table at dinner time, but the wait is always worth it. The two tall tables at the front are the place to see and be seen...lol
Diego's has a small bar to grab a drink with a friend or significant other. Try to bring a group of more than three and you are likely not to get a seat at the bar. The restaurant is laid out in a long, thin configuration with all the tables placed near or against a wall. It appears geared towards couples and small groups no bigger than four or six. There is space that a couple tables can be pushed together for a larger group, but I'd call ahead and make arrangements for something like that. In the summer time, they open a patio out back that while not having a great view is a good spot to dine with a little wind in your hair.

Whether you go for their Mexican cuisine, the steaks or something different like Osso Bucco, you leave satisfied that you got your money's worth. Enjoy!

We have been to Diego's several times; each time the food has been excellent. From Mexican to American, from pulled pork to steaks to seafood, we have not had a bad meal, and service has been top notch. We have never had more than a five minute wait for a table. The restaurant itself is long and narrow, and acoustics are marginal; as it fills it becomes quite loud and hard to converse.
