Tucked away from the small town of Prinville on a lesser traveled back road is the up and coming Cada Dia Dairy Farm, owned and operated by the Sullivan Family. Specializing in grass fed, organic, non-processed cheese, they seem to be filling a niche for the "farm to table" movement. On certain days of the week (we happened by just at the right time; but they have times and days posted to their site), they offer insightful, casual tours of their cheese making operation and cleverly cover the "soup to nuts" of cheese making. Interesting and fun!!
